We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Remember that ONLY IN CASE OF PRODUCT PRODUCTION DAMAGE.
In order to make a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not make refunds if it is proven that the customer approved the special order and then for any reason no longer wants it.
Atelier special orders
In the case of special orders, no refunds will be made if it is verified that the customer has approved the development of his order.
Refunds will be made if the company has delays that are detrimental to the customer.
In any case, your claim will be reviewed by the corresponding area, complying with the deadline indicated by law.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
