Guía para el cuidado de la ropa de cama
- Lavado en frío : Lavar a máquina en ciclo delicado con agua fría.
- Detergente suave : Utilice un detergente diseñado para tejidos delicados.
- Evite el blanqueador : con el tiempo, puede debilitar las fibras del lino.
- Secado al aire : Cuelgue para secar o extienda sobre una superficie plana. Evite la luz solar directa para prevenir la decoloración.
- No escurrir : No escurra la ropa de lino para evitar que se arrugue y se estire.
- Planchado en caliente : Planche la prenda húmeda por el reverso a temperatura media.
- Almacenamiento : Guardar en un lugar fresco y seco. Para artículos delicados, utilice perchas acolchadas o cajas de almacenamiento planas.
- Evite la limpieza en seco : solo si es absolutamente necesario, ya que los productos químicos pueden debilitar las fibras.

Returns & Exchanges
At Agustina, each piece is created with care, honoring traditional craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our processes, our return policy varies depending on the type of product.
Ready-to-Wear Items
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, in original condition
- With original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Atelier / Made-to-Order Pieces
Each piece is made especially for the client.
For this reason:
- Returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun
- By confirming your order, you agree to this condition
As all pieces are handcrafted, slight variations may occur. These are part of the uniqueness of each garment. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases involving significant delays directly attributable to Agustina.
