PRODUCTS CARE

The best waste is the waste that never exist. Together, let´s extend the life of our garments!

Welcome to Agustina’s product care guide.
Here you will find recommendations for washing, drying, and preserving your garments according to their composition. By following these guidelines, you can extend the life, beauty, and integrity of each piece.

General Care Tips

  • Wash garments by hand with cold water and mild detergent whenever possible.

  • Avoid bleach and do not soak garments for long periods.

  • Always wash items inside out to protect color and surface texture.

  • Lay garments flat to dry in the shade. Avoid using a dryer.

  • When drying outdoors, keep garments inside out to prevent sun fading.

  • Store clean, dry garments folded in breathable cotton bags to protect them from moths.

  • Prefer natural fibers, as they are produced through more environmentally conscious processes.

  • For synthetic garments, use laundry bags to reduce microfiber pollution.

Remember: Avoiding the use of a dryer not only saves energy but also helps preserve the structure and longevity of your garments.

What They Don’t Tell You About Detergents

Washing garments less frequently has a significant environmental impact. Each wash can release millions of microplastic particles into the ocean, especially from synthetic fabrics.

Reducing wash frequency:

  • Saves water

  • Extends garment life

  • Reduces fiber damage

A single load can use between 45 and 110 liters of water, representing a considerable environmental footprint over time.

Caring for your garments consciously is a simple but powerful way to reduce impact.

Thank you for being part of a more conscious way of dressing.
The next time you stand in front of your washing machine, remember: how you care for your garments matters.
